The hotel had large and comfortable rooms with modern and clean bathrooms. The staff was charming, attentive, warm, and spoke good English. The location was quiet and convenient, close to the motorway and the river le Cher. The breakfast was really good, and the hotel had useful hotel facilities such as a heated pool, hot tub, and play area for children.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room amenities were outstanding, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable sitting area, terrace, dressing area, and even a dining table. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided, as well as the fully equipped kitchenette with cookware and utensils. The presence of an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to my stay. The outdoor dining area was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal, and the attentive staff made sure everything was perfect. The leisure facilities were exceptional, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and seasonal outdoor pool with heated water. The presence of sun loungers and beach umbrellas added a touch of relaxation to my time spent by the pool. The garden area was beautifully maintained and added to the overall beauty of the hotel. The comfort double room overlooks garden and includes a microwave, an electric kettle and fridges. Plus it's spacious, with exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel staff is exceptionally nice and unobtrusive.

Staff were fairly friendly and welcoming at any hour!!

The building is beautiful and the rooms are immaculately clean and huge with separate toilet and shower plus airco. The location is great and personnel is unobtrusive.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. The evening meals were of amazing quality and represented excellent value for money. The hosts were warm, friendly, and helpful. There was a good selection of local wines and beers at the honesty bar. The local area was quiet and lovely, with a small bar/restaurant and a village with shops and cafes nearby. The property itself was beautifully restored and offered a great value for the price paid.

The pool area could get a bit hectic, especially when there were families with young children staying. It would have been nice to have more bins in the communal areas for convenience.

We had an amazing time near the river, and the area is great for exploring. The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and provided great service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with local products and the terrace area was lovely. Facilities like the swimming pool and hot tub made our stay even more enjoyable.

The noise level at night was a bit bothersome, but it didn't ruin our experience.
